Notes:
We are trying to get our clients to agree / understand that the worst thing we can do in a Project Review is to de-motivate the entire population of the project with 'doom and gloom'. 
There is not just 'negative' to be reported in the review, there will be many, many positives too. The action strategies are both corrective and developmental. Putting right negatives, and enhancing positives.
There is no blame in the review and everyone on the project knows this from the start. So that very positive contributions can come from everywhere (all disciplines, all locations) in the project.
